Kate Garraway credits stint on I'm A Celebrity with 'getting her through' Derek's Covid battle

The Good Morning Britain host, 53, said being forced to face her fears on the show in 2019 made her 'believe I could do things I never dreamed possible' which has 'prepared' her to get through Derek's battle.
