Rapper Lexii Alijai's death at 21 ruled accidental as result of mixed fentanyl and ethanol toxicity

She was found dead in a Minneapolis hotel room on New Year's Day and the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's office has ruled that Lexii Alijai's death was accidental.
