Ric Ocasek's widow Paulina Porizkova seeks 'elective share' of late Cars singer's estate

The couple were separated and going through a divorce at the time of Ocasek's death at 75 on September 15. The model, 54, filed documents in Manhattan surrogate's court on Tuesday.
