Star Wars' Warwick Davis pays a heartfelt tribute to 'enthralling' co-star Peter Mayhew after death

The two actors first met in 1983 on the set of Return Of The Jedi, where Warwick played Ewok Wicket W. Warrick opposite Peter's Chewbacca.
