Maluma's reps dismiss controversial photo kissing his mom on the lips as a 'cultural' difference

'The photo was truly a [sign] of genuine affection,' a rep explained to Us Weekly. 'In the Latin culture, as in many other cultures, kissing your parent on the lips is normal.'
