Ciara glows in neon ensemble as she storms into New Orleans Jazz Fest with electrifying performance

Ciara took the stage at the 2019 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival to deliver some new material as well as a few classics. Rain delayed the start of the festival, but that didn't dampen her performance.
