Spencer Matthews 'blessed' to have baby grow up with Pippa Middleton's

Spencer Matthews, 30, said he is 'blessed' to have his little boy grow up so close in age to their cousin after his brother James, 41, and Pippa Middleton, 34, announced they're expecting their first child.
