Demi Lovato 'OD'd after smoking Oxycodone likely laced with fentanyl'

According to TMZ, Demi was unaware that her dealer had a 'bad habit of buying [tainted] drugs from Mexico', and likely didn't know fentanyl was in the batch when she allegedly took the drug in July.
