Amber Heard 'refused to testify against estranged husband Johnny Depp'

Legal documents filed by Laura Wasser and seen by TMZ reveal that the Rum Diary star repeatedly refused to submit for questioning despite being at Wasser's offices from 11:50am until 9pm.
